First up, let's check out some of the thrilling matches from the past week. On April 27th, the Boston Celtics held their ground against the Orlando Magic with a 107 to 98 victory. Over in Milwaukee, the Indiana Pacers made a statement by routing the Bucks 129 to 103. Fast forward to the 28th, the Cleveland Cavaliers dominated the Miami Heat, posting a staggering 138 to 83 win. Meanwhile, the Houston Rockets went toe-to-toe with the Golden State Warriors but fell short, losing 109 to 106.

Turning the page to April 29th, the Milwaukee Bucks almost found redemption, but the Indiana Pacers clinched the game by just one point, ending 119 to 118. The Pistons edged out the Knicks, 106 to 103, while the Celtics showed no mercy against the Magic, securing a 120 to 89 win. The Denver Nuggets closed the night by overpowering the Clippers, 131 to 115.

Wednesday saw a role reversal as the Rockets managed to topple the Warriors, 131 to 116. The Lakers’ season came to a heartbreaking close, following a 103 to 96 loss to the Timberwolves, compounded by a significant setback – stay tuned, we'll get to that shortly. On May 1st, it was revenge time for the Knicks as they squeezed past the Pistons, 116 to 113, while the Clippers fended off the Nuggets, 111 to 105.

A nail-biting showdown rounded out the week on May 2nd, when the Rockets returned to Oracle Arena with something to prove, and did just that, bringing home a memorable 115 to 107 victory against the Warriors.

Credit goes to James Harden and Kawhi Leonard who teamed up for a whopping 55 points. In more sobering news, Lakers fans were dealt a blow as LeBron James suffered a knee injury during their loss to the Timberwolves.
